Coaching for leaders who want more than just greater success
The philosophy is simple: If you strengthen your relationships and deepen your purpose, then you’ll find true fulfillment — and that’s what many high-achievers are actually looking for.
Simple to talk about — not easy to do.
It takes a combination of humility, desire and (mostly) commitment that most leaders find extremely challenging — hence the coaching.
The process focuses on 3 fundamental steps:
1st: Deepen your understanding of who you are today.
2nd: Determine what you’d like to achieve moving forward, with more focus on two essentials of true fulfillment (strong relationships and deep purpose).
3rd: Make a flexible plan for getting what you want, and use a practical system to stay on track.
This coaching method is inspired by one of my mentors, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, who’s been widely recognized as the world’s best leadership coach.
I am honored to be a Leading Global Coach award winner who was considered for the first Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Coaching & Mentoring Award. The Thinkers50 Awards have been called “the Oscars” of management thinking.
